Work on the project began on Monday, April 14^th and should be complete by Friday, May 30. Beginning Monday, April 21^st, the Santa Rita Pedestrian Bridge will be fully closed from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for three to four weeks to perform both the decking modification and replacement of the waterline on the bridge. The bridge shall be open to full traffic between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. during this period, and shall remain open on the weekends. Trail users are requested to follow all traffic control signs and barricades. For more information, call the Public Works Department at 375-4800.
