Students at Miller Middle School participated in the San Juan Regional Science Fair on Thursday, March 6.
Regional Science Fair winners include: Katy Schneider, second place behavioral science; Elle Rathbun, third place Microbiology; Emma Dorr, second place environmental sciences; Patrick Leach, second place consumer science; Amanda Rydiger, third place chemistry; Rachael Rossi, UBS Award, Technical Writing Scholarship, third place biomedical science; Cameron Guice, honorable mention physics; Savannah McMannis, honorable mention consumer science; Ellie Ellis, honorable mention zoology; Cully Brown, honorable mention microbiology; Lily Byrd and Hannah Buck, third place team projects; Eli Kopp-deVol, third place physics; Emma Greenberg, second place biomedical science; Emma Hagen, honorable mention behavioral science, and Kevin Brinkley, honorable mention physics. Rachel Gonzales, first place behavioral science, and Tucker Leavitt, first place computer science, creative writing award, and math award, will participate in the Colorado Science and Engineering Fair April 10-12, in Fort Collins.
